Go camping in West Virginia this summer!

Columbia Cougar Flats II Family Cabin Dome TentIt's time to take the whole family on a camping adventure in the beautiful West Virginia mountains. You don't need fancy mobile homes or expensive gear to have fun with your family this summer. Just pack the tent, a portable grill, some fishing equipment, a cooler, and some extra clothes. Bring a swim suit for everyone and just get back to basics. Most campgrounds have picnic tables, fire pits and wood available, so unless you want to carry all that extra stuff, you can just get it when you arrive. The kids will love it. Putnam County Magazine Has Gone Green

Putnam County Magazine, a West Virginia Lifestyle Publication, has gone green. We've decided to take our publication totally online for the time being. Our print addition has been a great hit among local residents. We appreciate all your kind support, and that of our advertisers. We are currently concentrating our efforts online. Through our website, and through social media, we intend to bring you outstanding information, and feature articles. We hope to produce a yearly print addition in the future, as our online endeavors move forward. We've added all new articles, updated event information, and added a brand new printable coupon page. We have topics on traveling, camping, events in our community, saving money, and family fun activities. We hope you enjoy our new online West Virginia Ezine. You can join us on Facebook, where we keep our readers informed of new events and information.
